Note: A listing's location being "Verified" only means that the lot owner has submitted the information required in order to complete our location verification process. This process has safeguards but is not a guarantee that a listing is where the lot owner claims it to be, or that other listing details or amenities are accurate.

Verifying the location of listings helps us to scan for fraudulent behavior and makes it easier for drivers to book with confidence and locate their parking space upon arrival.
There are several methods to verify your listing—each method usually takes around 15–30 minutes for most lot owners.
You'll only need to complete one method of location verification. Most methods can only be completed while you (or someone assisting you with the process) are physically present at the listing. The location of some existing listings have been verified using historical booking data, driver review information, and/or supplemental documentation provided by lot owners.
Depending on the method you select, location verification may include a combination of human and automated review processes. You can review status updates of your verification by visiting the Publishing checklist. We will let you know within 24-48 hours if your listing is verified or if we need more information.
